Amruth Balli, Haridra, Yasthimadhu, Tulasi, Dhanyaka, Jeeraka, Shunti, Tvak.5
Direction for Use: 1. Boil 1 cup of water 2. Add 1 tea spoon of herbal tea pounder. 3. Boil the mixture for 2 to 3 minutes. 4. Add milk, sugar; jaggery if desired. 5. Strain tea solids and serve hot tea.
